Oracle stream's capture process checkpoint

On the high otherload streams capture process can  "forget" makes checkpoints, even if no long transactions. Simple way to look at is:

select c.checkpoint_scn,a.* from dba_logmnr_session c, dba_registered_archived_log a  

where c.checkpoint_scn between a.first_scn and a.next_scn

You cat try to rectify the situation by issuing the command
